I used to have Versace - The Dreamer and I'm 100% certain that there are no fakes of this one since it's relatively cheap (100ml for less than €30). The scent is okay, strong in lavender, tobacco and Tonka but it does smell a bit dated imo.Dreamer The Original Edition by Versace is a Oriental Fougere fragrance for men. Dreamer The Original Edition was launched in 1996. The nose behind this fragrance is Jean-Pierre Bethouart. Top notes are Lavender, Sage and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Tobacco, Rose, Carnation and Geranium; base notes are Tonka Bean, Fir, Vetiver and Cedar.
While it’s true that Dreamer is no longer being produced or sold in many countries, it’s not completely discontinued. According to Versace’s website, Dreamer is still available for purchase in select regions and online. However, it seems that the fragrance has been phased out in many places in favor of newer scents. The Dreamer is not a mass appealing scent from the polarising comments and reviews, I consider it to be in the niche category.
