Seamaster de Ville chronograph reference 145.005. Introduced in 1967, this reference aimed to offer a chronograph with a more dressy look compared to classic racing references. It alternatively features 'Seamaster' or 'Seamaster de Ville' on the dial, and is powered by Omega calibre 321. More on reference 145.005 here. So with the reference number inside the caseback, you can consult the Omega Vintage Database (OVDB) to identify the model of the watch. The Deville’s only came in the 34.5mm size (although there was a smaller midsize at around 32mm if I recall). That being said, they are all dial with very slim bezel and small lugs so tend to “wear” larger than their specs imply. A 34mm Seamaster next to a 34mm Oyster for comparison. Watches above 36mm were a rarity, other than tool .
