My wrist is exactly 6” and I’m on the second smallest hole. The smaller strap fits perfectly. I also have the new 3861 hesalite Speedmaster on bracelets and have a lot of links taken out. I can still do a couple more on each side but it fits perfectly like this as well. Depends on the space available between existing holes and how 'stretchy' the leather is. Don't do it without investing in a proper watch strap hole punch - they're cheap.
I seem to be inbetween holes on my PO rubber strap to have a comfortable fit. One hole is slightly tight, the next one is way too big. How do you guys either add a hole or extend a hole to get a perfect fit ? (Sexual references are not intentional !!!!) I've seen references to this band fitting other 44.5mm Speedmaster cases with 21mm lug width, so at least the lugs and end link curvatures should match. The only question is whether the spring bar holes will match up. Omega lug holes are mostly 1.8mm. Most generic spring bars have 0.8 mm pins. Most, if not all, modern Omega lugs are drilled to accept spring bars with 0.9 mm pins.
