I've got a late 60s Seamaster 611 that has been getting condensation under the glass, mainly when I wear it under a shirt sleeve on hot or humid days. The condensation leaves on its own within a couple hours or days. I have a 69' omega speedmaster pre moon i recently purchased. Was driving one day with my hand near the aircondition of my car then i noticed that it fogged inside the glass. I put the watch in a warm area ( on top of my coffee) then the fog disappears but as soon as i wear it it forms back again. fogging is quite common in these older speedmasters, (because they often have not been serviced) and it is easy to do. Water can come in via the crown tube, the pushers and the case back often doesn't have the gasket fitted. Your body heat is warming up the watch causing condensation on the inside. This can only mean that there is a leak somewhere allowing moisture to get in, either near the crown or the crystal. I would recommend taking it to a professional as only they will be able to completely dehumidify the watch and perhaps fix the leak.
