I was inisitally excited about the previous Seamaster 300MC when it was released in 2014, but when I tried it on at my OB, it was way to thick and too shiny for my tastes. I owned the Trilogy version Seamaster 300 for about a year and really liked it. Seemingly the next step for Phylida, nicely finished Seamaster homage. I haven’t owned any other Phylida watches, but am impressed with the fit and finish of this watch. I did swap out the standard Seamaster style bracelet for a steel mesh Heimdallr strap. Heimdallr and Phylida are a bit better in their finishing and design.
